Lift genome annotations

The BGVD sets up a local LiftOver tool which was created by UCSC Genome Browser Group. This tool converts genome coordinates and genome annotation files between assemblies.

Here, We provide a direct lift from Btau_5.0.1 (genome: Btau_5_0_1, accession: GCF_000003205.7) to UMD_3.1.1 (genome: UMD3_1_1, accession: GCF_000003055.6) and Btau_5.0.1 to ARS-UCD1.2 (genome: ARS_UCD1_2, accession: GCF_002263795.1).
