Research Interest Single-cell sequencing reveals the expression of all genes in the whole genome at the level of a single cell, identifies tissue cell types, reflects the cellular heterogeneity of different samples and their own tissue microenvironment, and is able to reveal the unique gene structure and gene expression status of a single cell, including structural variation, copy number variation, RNA expression level and other data, so as to enable precise differentiation of different cell types, which is helpful for the study of molecular mechanisms at the cellular.
