Batch Download

We provide goat pangenome with gene annotation, copy number variations (CNVRs), and RNA-seq reads coverage of goat pan-sequences. Please choose your desired files to download in following table (panGoat_v2, released on May 20, 2019). We corrected the divergent SNPs and indels in pan-sequences to goat nucleotide bases using 50 whole genome resequenc data representing worldwide goat populations.
