SHARP Data

SHARP download application

Before downloading the SHARP, users are required to provide the following information for review. The application should be submitted by a Principal Investigator (PI), faculty member, or senior researcher who is responsible for data management and compliance with the terms of use.

Terms of use

Before accessing and downloading the SHARP, users must read and agree to the following terms:
  1. The SHARP is provided solely for academic and non-commercial research purposes.
  2. Users shall not redistribute, share, transfer, or provide the data to any third party without permission from the SHARP team.
  3. Users agree to appropriately cite the related publication(s) and the SHARP resource in any publications, presentations, or derivative works using these data.
  4. The SHARP website and database provide only the reference panel resource. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or performance of genotype imputation or any downstream analyses generated using these data.
  5. Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable institutional, ethical, and legal regulations regarding data usage.

SHARP imputed variation files

Select one or more chromosomes. The corresponding VCF and Tabix index files will be included in the application and batch download script after review.
