SheepVar is a public repository of sheep genomic variation that integrates SNPs and small InDels with comprehensive annotations, including genomic context, evolutionary conservation, ancestral state, population allele frequencies, molecular QTLs, epigenetic features, and signatures of selection. In addition, SheepVar provides online genotype imputation services for both SNP array and low-coverage whole-genome sequencing data.
