Research Interest By comparing the genome sequences of different related species, coding sequences, non-coding regulatory sequences and sequences unique to a given species can be identified. The sequence alignment within the genome can understand the similarities and differences of different species in nucleotide composition, homologous linear relationship and gene order, so as to obtain the information of gene analysis, prediction and localization, and the evolutionary relationship of biological systems.
