Research Interests

Mainly engaged in the mining and mechanism analysis of functional genes of livestock and poultry. The potential sites for the formation of excellent germplasm resources were mined by using multi multi-variety genome information and epigenomics information.; The functional genes and loci related to important economic traits of livestock and poultry were identified based on omics analysis and molecular biology experiments, and the regulatory mechanisms was were analyzed.; On the basis of obtaining functional loci, we designed and developed efficient and low-cost typing chips to assist in kinship identification and genome-wide selection.
