Engaged in livestock and animal genetics and breeding, meat quality improvement and processing research, including:
1. Exploration and mechanism analysis of functional genes related to meat quality of livestock;
2. Application of crispr/cas9 technology in animal genetics and breeding;
3. Application and mechanism analysis of food omics in meat;
4. Livestock processing and green low-temperature sterilization, anti-corrosion and preservation of meat products;
