RESEARCH INTERESTS My research mainly focused on identifying genomic variation of important agricultural animals through the analysis of large-scale genomic data, and detailed analysis of the genetic basis of animal domestication and key economic traits through genome selection analysis and genome-wide association analysis and other methods.
