Research Interests

Mainly engaged in cattle and sheep genomics and population genetics research. Combining comparative genomics and population genetics research methods, using the latest third-generation sequencing technologies such as Pacbio and Nanopore to analyze cattle and sheep genomes and key genetic variations, and combine transcriptome and regulatory group data to study the inheritance of excellent traits in cattle and sheep mechanism. Now he is the editorial board member of the international professional academic journals Frontiers in Genetics and Frontiers in Veterinary Science, and a reviewer of BMC Genomics, G3-Genes Genomics Genetics, PloS One and Gene.

Lecture courses

At present, mainly teaching Biostatistics and Experimental Design, and Bioinformatics courses.
