Research Interests

Functional Genomics of Domestic Animals. In recent years, we have mainly used population genetics, bioinformatics and other means to deeply mine the omics big data resources of domestic sheep, wild sheep and ancient sheep all over the world, analyze the changes of key traits in the origin and domestication of sheep, and reveal the causal mutation sites of excellent traits for production practice. The research results were published inScience Advance,Molecular Biology and Evolutionsuch well-known journals such well-known journals.

Mainly teach molecular biology, animal biotechnology and bioinformatics.

1.National Natural Science Foundation of China, Youth Science Foundation Project, research on the genetic mechanism of large deletions of the goat BMPR1B gene affecting lambing traits. from January 1st , 2021 to December 31st , 2023, grant amount of 240,000 RMB, under research, presided over.
2.Yulin Sheep Industry Research Institute, cashmere goat gene chip design and application, from January 1st , 2021 to December 31st , 2022, 500,000 RMB, in research, presided over.
