Research Interest At present, I participated the project of the construction pan-genome of Caprinae, which based on 10 genomes ,include 4 de novo genomes and 6 from NCBI. Besides, I am participating the project of ruminant. I have assembled about ten denovo genomes. My future work is going to start analyzing data.
