Research Interest My current research is mainly about the copy number variation of large domestic animals, mainly including Capra, Ovis, Yak and ordinary cattle. The purpose is to provide a database that can be used by others. Through comparative analysis, to find the balancing selection or the phenomenon of convergence between species and species, and to find understanding of the domestication relationship between them. At the same time, I am responsible for the experimental research on the history of goat domestication. Follow-up to do other genome-related studies.
